PATH National Ltd. is a successful Positive Action Skills Development Organisation designed to train and develop people from Black and Minority Ethnic Groups in managerial and professional occupations where they are under-represented.

We are working in partnership with Newcastle City Council who want to increase the diversity of their workforce by offering training opportunities. We would therefore encourage applications from these groups.

We will offer you:

  • 2 years practical work experience in a real work environment
  • In-house development and training courses
  • Continuous support provided by PATH National and Newcastle City Council
  • Day release to attend a funded college or university course to pursue a relevant qualification.

Essential Requirements:

  • Must be eligible to qualify for the 'Home Student' college/university fees (e.g. as a national of the UK/another EU country)
  • A degree or equivalent
  • Ability to cope with a diverse workload
  • Must be willing to manage work and study
