Traineeship application information
Important information
PATH National in partnership with employers offer a traineeship scheme for those who have aspirations to work in their chosen field. The traineeship will need full commitment for its entire duration. It is not employment but does carry a tax free training allowance.
The traineeship is full-time job work experience coupled with one day a week attendance at college or university to study towards a relevant qualification. This course is funded by the employer and the traineeship is accompanied by support and personal development by the placement organisation and Path National Ltd.
The traineeship is not a guarantee employment but does give the grounding for a better chance of competing for your chosen role. It is aimed at those who belong to black and ethnic minority groups.
