Working in partnership with employers to provide traineeships and graduate development programmes within the public sector

  • Provision of Management Development programmes - We provide employer led courses as follows:
    • ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) Introductory/Full certificate in First line management - Level 3
    • Edexcel Diploma in Management Studies - Level 4/5
    • Edexcel Advanced Diploma in Management Studies - level 5-7
  • Positive Action consultancy - We use our extensive experience of using the current legislation and our long term relationship with the Commission for Racial Equality - CRE (will become the Commission for Equalities and Human Rights in October 2007), to help employers set up and manage Positive Action programmes that help both PATH and the employer meet their objectives in this area. We also offer support packages to those who embark on positive action schemes.
  • Advertising consultancy - We help our clients attract BME applicants and work in partnership with HR teams to raise their profile as an employer of choice to the BME community. We have extensive community links to connect employers to hard to reach communities and groups.
  • Training and personal development services - we offer various skill based training activities and a schedule of specialised and general courses that we offer to all our trainees, past and present to prepare them for their professional careers. e.g. Presentation skills, Job search and interviewing skills, Report writing, and many others. All courses can be tailored to meet specific needs.
  • Skills development activities and support - Including Coaching Services, Mentoring Programmes, Outplacement services, Leadership and career advancement programmes.
  • Equalities Training and Consultancy - Equality and Diversity training programmes covering areas such as Recruitment support, Meeting public duty, Policy development and impact assessment.
