PATH National traineeships
The traineeship programme aims to increase the representation of Black and Minority Ethnic groups in professions, to ensure that they broadly reflect the communities they intend to serve.
The traineeship programme places on the job market, empowered individuals that are equipped with sufficient experience, qualifications, skills, personal attributes and abilities to meet all the requirements of employers for the job in which they have been trained.
PATH National has developed a range of partnerships in key sectors of the economy to offer people of black and minority ethnic origin the opportunity to pursue careers into professional and managerial roles.
How do traineeships work?
PATH trainees are individuals who are placed with employers to gain on-the-job experience, whilst attaining a professional accredited qualification.
They are chosen through a rigorous recruitment process designed to find candidates with exceptional potential to succeed in their chosen profession.Trainees work to the same level as an employee in that position and are given support through the PATH National scheme to help them to succeed.
Our trainees are highly skilled and competent individuals who have the potential to add value to organisations by becoming the managers of the future.
