PATH National Management Development Programme
The programme is targeted at professionals who are in or wish to progress to middle or senior management roles.
In pursuance of the aims in our mission statement, our work targets Black and Minority Ethnic groups, however we also offer customised programmes to meet the needs of all staff.
We currently offer three levels of MDPs:
- Advanced Diploma in Management Studies (ADMS)
- Diploma in Management Studies (DMS)
- ILM - Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management (Introductory/Full)
How does the Management Development Programme work?
Management Development Students are generally but not exclusively BME employees working within the public sector, who are working in a supervisory role or progressing towards management positions and want to gain an accredited qualification.
The programme is also targeted at employers within the public sector who are looking to cost effectively up skill their employees.
