Welcome to the PATH National Graduate Forum
The Graduate Forum is designed to support and build on the work that you started by attending and completing either a PATH National Ltd traineeship or Management Development Programme (MDP).
The Forum enables members to continue the development of individual and practical skills that can be used to combat under representation in the workplace.
What is available from the Forum page?
You can:
- gain an overview of the services we offer
- gain information on mentoring
- identify the staff and functions of the Client Support Team
- You have the facility to log in and register to be a mentor/mentee
- You have the facility to log in and have access to the forms that are required for sustaining your traineeship
- You have the facility to log in and post your problems on the message board for members to offer their solutions
- You have the facility to contact fellow Forum members
The Network Function
The Forum creates the opportunity to network and create new developmental avenues.
Forum members can continue to benefit from the structures set up by PATH National Ltd that supported them to progress their personal development and professional careers.
Administration
The Graduate Forum committee is made up of graduate members and its primary function is to provide guidance and direction to the Forum. The Graduate Forum committee is provided with administrative support. Meetings are arranged to ensure that the Forum's integrity is maintained. E-mail communication enables members from all over the country to keep in touch.
Who to contact
The Graduate Forum will continue to evolve to facilitate the varied demands of its members. PATH National invite all past PATH trainees and MDP students to become active members.
