Our mission statement
PATH National Ltd aims to build a world class workforce in the UK which is highly skilled, diverse and representative of its communities with a particular focus on supporting Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) people into middle and senior positions.
Core aims
- To build on PATH National's unique reputation and ability to provide specialist demand-led workforce training and development
- To work towards the exclusion of under-representation, discrimination and inequalities in the labour market
- To increase the pool of BME individuals with the skills and motivation to attain managerial and professional careers
- To maintain and continue to develop effective and strategic alliances and partnerships with a range of organisations such as Learning and Skills Councils, Regional Development Agencies, Local Authorities, Sector Skills Councils, employers and employer-led bodies
- To enhance PATH National's reputation and status as a provider of quality assured services
- To continually improve programmes and services PATH National provides and to position PATH National as a driver for government policy.
