Our mission statement

PATH National Ltd aims to build a world class workforce in the UK which is highly skilled, diverse and representative of its communities with a particular focus on supporting Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) people into middle and senior positions.

Core aims

  1. To build on PATH National's unique reputation and ability to provide specialist demand-led workforce training and development
  2. To work towards the exclusion of under-representation, discrimination and inequalities in the labour market
  3. To increase the pool of BME individuals with the skills and motivation to attain managerial and professional careers
  4. To maintain and continue to develop effective and strategic alliances and partnerships with a range of organisations such as Learning and Skills Councils, Regional Development Agencies, Local Authorities, Sector Skills Councils, employers and employer-led bodies
  5. To enhance PATH National's reputation and status as a provider of quality assured services
  6. To continually improve programmes and services PATH National provides and to position PATH National as a driver for government policy.
