The success of the PATH National scheme

We have over 20 years experience and have trained more than 2,000 men and women from BME communities for professional careers.

To date, PATH National has had huge success in realising the aspirations of its trainees; 85% achieve a professional qualification and up to 95% secure employment in careers of their choice on completing their traineeships.

The key to our success is the dynamic relationship we have with national, regional and local training organisations, statutory agencies and employers from a wide range of industry sectors.

Target sectors include:

  • Public
  • Construction
  • Housing
  • Planning
  • Finance
  • Information Technology
  • Sport

Employers that we engage with recognise the value of our activities and are keen to develop positive programmes supported by a range of other services.

Strategic partnerships with sector skills councils and sector leaders will ensure that, along with PATH National's expertise and gateway to BME communities, our shared objectives of a highly skilled and diverse workforce can be comprehensively pursued.
